200MWp Solar PV Plant & BESS — Grand Cape Mount County, Liberia

In May 2026, Octopus Holding — through our strategic partnership with Titan Group — was awarded the development of a 200MWp Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant, including a 100MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), located in Grand Cape Mount County, Liberia. Spanning several kilometers of terrain, the plant will rank among the largest utility-scale solar installations in West Africa. The project is supported by a signed Power Purchase Agreement with the Liberian Electricity Corporation (LEC), and aims to expand access to clean electricity for local communities while sustainably strengthening the national power grid.
